Payment options and discounts
Tickets booked online can be purchased using a credit card, via SOFORT Überweisung or SEPA Direct Debit Scheme.
Our online shop offers regular-price tickets and reduced tickets for severely handicapped persons (80% disability and more). If further reductions are offered online for specific events, this will be noted directly in the shop near the event in question. To purchase tickets reduced for other reasons, please contact our Ticket Office personally or by phone (Tel. +49 (40) 35 68 58). Unfortunately, tickets cannot be reduced in price after they have been purchased.
