G’schichten aus dem Wiener Wald

In this season too the Hamburg State Opera is inviting you to the ‚AfterWork‘. On specific Thursdays and Fridays, from 18.00 to 19.00 in the opera stabile you can celebrate with us the beginning of the weekend with different styles of music and theater from artists and guests.

The Salonorchester is made up of musicians from the Hamburg Philharmonic State Orchestra. In this AfterWork, they present little stories from the thicket of music history: with music from Johann Strauss Sohn and Richard Wagner to Glenn Miller and Ennio Morricone.
