Virtual Ballet Training

Virtual Ballet Training by Lloyd Riggins with Madoka Sugai
For the very first time the Hamburg Ballet presents a virtual ballet training. The barre training is developed from home for home and will be instructed by ballet master Lloyd Riggins and performed by star principal Madoka Sugai. Everyone is invited to share their individual success of participation via the #hamburgballet with the company.


WORKOUT SESSIONS by Daan van den Akker with Nicolas Gläsmann
"Fitness for home" is the motto of those enduring and strengthening workout sessions by Physiotherapist Daan van den Akker with our dancer Nicolas Gläsmann. These varied bodyweight exercises will help you to stay fit at home.
4-6 rounds! Short breaks in between are allowed. Make sure you are warmed-up!
