There is good news: this season you have the chance to experience John Neumeier and the Hamburg Ballet at the St. Michael's Church! After the successful performances of the "Matthew Passion" as part of the anniversary season, Pastor Dr. Stefan Holtmann came up with the idea for an evening of discussions with John Neumeier.

On July 8 he will be together with Bishop Kirsten Fehrs talk about the diversity of his religiously inspired ballets, moderated by Dr. Jörn Rieckhoff.

The panel discussion is framed by a diverse program with excerpts from John Neumeier's sacred ballets, which are accompanied musically under the direction of St. Michael's cantor Jörg Endebrock.
