In this season too the Hamburg State Opera is inviting you to the ‚AfterWork‘. On specific Thursdays and Fridays, from 18.00 to 19.00 in the opera stabile you can celebrate with us the beginning of the weekend with different styles of music and theater from artists and guests.

The velvety timbre of the young mezzo-soprano Claire Gascoin has been heard at the Staatsoper for almost two years. As a member of the International Opera Studio, she has already slipped into a wide variety of roles. In this AfterWork, she shows her passion for singing and acting with a program all about love: from French chansons and songs by Kurt Weill to melancholy Viennese songs. Of course, the French charm of the accordion sounds of her duo partner Damian Keller will not be missing. France in Hamburg - simply to fall in love with!
