National Youth Ballet since 2015


Teresa began to dance when she was only 4 years old. In her hometown, Lisbon, she took classes at different balletschools before starting a professional education at the local Conservatory of Dance. Teresas passion for dance can not be summed up in a single motto, as she feelds and therefor expresses herself different every day. When she thinks of herself as an artist she like to quote Walt Whitman though: “The art of art, the glory of expression […] is simplicity”. Teresa is part of the National Youth Ballet since season 2015/2016.
